Privacy Notice
VETS-4212 FileCheck processes the files you select in your browser. The file check itself does not upload your CSV/TXT contents, filenames, employment counts, or audit report to FileCheck.
Browser-local file processing
Parsing, validation, safe repairs, corrected CSV generation, and audit-report generation run locally in the browser. Your selected file data stays there unless you independently download it.
Commercial delivery
If you choose a paid corrected-file unlock, Stripe receives the information needed to process payment. FileCheck stores a receipt email and privacy-safe file/output matching hashes to verify a purchase or restore the exact paid output. It does not store source file contents, filenames, or field values for that purpose.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use a Google Ads measurement tag to understand website visits and whether advertising is effective. It does not receive your source files, filenames, VETS-4212 data, checkout email, receipt or order identifier, or Stripe session information. A purchase event is sent only after FileCheck verifies a completed, paid Stripe Checkout session, and includes only the $49 USD value. Google Ads personalization signals are disabled.
Your responsibility
Do not upload data you are not authorized to handle. Review the resulting file and your source records before submission.
